A WEEK IN PICTURES!

Just to update everyone with what I've been up to this week:

Firstly I had a great job on Valentines Day, it was for a PR company called Indigo Pearl and I had to document the creation of a new Guinness World Record for the most Star Trek Fans in costume and they held it on the Millennium Bridge in Central London, there was a great turn out and they set a new record!! Well done everyone!

In between Court Snatches and covering murder cases I also photographed the Home Secretary David Miliband, so it's been an interesting week, from Politics and hard news to world records.

Hello! As you can see my website is finally up and running! I’m very excited! And to start off my blog I thought I’d update you all with what I’ve been up to over the last couple of months.

Firstly I got married in October 2009, we had the most amazing day, it was simply perfect, we got married in Newport Church and then had our reception in a marquee amongst an old ruined mansion house, it was magical and the whole day ran smoothly.

I have to recommend Pembrokeshire Wedding Cars, the driver was fab, and he kept pulling over every mile or so to top up our champagne glasses. We were also very lucky to have a swing band from Swansea and Sound Awake to help us dance the night away.

Here is the link if you want to check them out: thebestband.co.uk

After a beautiful honeymoon, we had the task of moving up to London, I had been shortlisted for the Times Young Photographer 2009 and won Photographer of the Year so the time seemed right to leave Wales and start freelancing in London.

The move went well, and just before Christmas we were invited to a wonderful wedding in the Druidstone Hotel in Pembrokeshire. Our friends Ollie and Fiona tied the Knot. It was a really intimate ceremony in a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Simply amazing!!

After a lovely Christmas it was back to work and I’ve been really busy working for various people, mainly newspapers but I’ve also been doing some work for Universal Record Label. We had an amazing shoot with Kirsty Almeida at Favella chic in Shorditch, London. Check her out on MySpace, her music is mesmerizing, a future star!
